Chen`s Garden in Andalusia

Food was barely edible. Server did not check on us, was rude and rolled her eyes when we asked for a refill. Then they demanded gratuity when the service was awful. Definitely was not worth the money

Meh... I ordered black pepper chicken and fried dumplings for take out. The dumplings were pretty good, with a tasty dipping sauce. For the black pepper chicken I was expecting chicken and veggies marinated in a dark sauce w extra pepper. I got nasty fried and dry chicken something. On top of all that the fortune cookie was extremely stale. At least it was pretty cheap

That is the worst food I've ever eaten... the noodles tasted like perfume!! Rates to eat were doubled because of fathers day... what a way to show dads u care!!! I just hope I dont get sick!!!

Have eaten at many Chinese buffets around the country and this is one of the best. Great variety. Friendly personnel. Will definitely be back when in area.

If I could leave less stars I would. Food was ok😒 although I had mold on a piece of broccoli. Tea was soured. But all those things are oversights and forgivable. What is not forgivable is the absolutely atrocious service. Our server, a women with very long black hair with blonde streaks through the ponytail was beyond rude to our group. She rolled her eyes, when we told her she didn’t bring out some drinks she told us she already had taken the drink order. When my brother in law told her his tea was sour (he has to go find her because she wouldn’t come to our table) she slung it down in the bus boy bucket and told him “ok you can go now” she was mean to every single person at the table. I was just dumbfounded by her behavior. I get people have bad days but this was beyond awful. I will not be back by any means. I wouldn’t not recommend this to anyone. The man running the restaurant was rude as well. Just not as bad as the waitress.

Always great food and the employees their always greet you with a smile.

Great service , we came with our 2 boys and my wife and myself. We tried a variety of what was offered and I was impressed not only by the quality of the food but the taste and value as well ...we got a great " bang for our buck"...we even had desert and there was quite a bit to choose from . We will defiantly be back ...from the friendly owner to the great and smiling staff this is a win win for your stomach and your wallet.

This place is always so clean,,I mean it's just amazing 2 me. Great food when you're I the mood for it. And they have all you can eat steak on the weekends, cooked to order. Now it don't get much better than that

Decent food on the buffet line . My favorite was the steaks in back that Chen himself cooks to however you want . I ordered as rare as I could get it and he gave me exactly what I wanted . I recommend Chen's Garden for anyone who enjoys Asian cuisine at a great price .

Really love their buffet wide variety to choose from and their cake that has the coffee taste is fantastic.

It was horrible the food had been sitting out for a long time and they would not make fresh food they told us to eat what was out there. They were very rude and we will not return there

Bad crab cakes, watched a guy use his hand to flip food. Ice cream maker broke. Trash can full. Bad smell. No gloves.

Great buffet at a reasonable price. Table service could be better, but overall a good family friendly place to eat.

Went around 3pm on a Saturday, the food looked and tasted very old. So bad we got up and left, told the cashier that the food was so bad, old and cold that we could not eat. Cashier proceeded to say ok I'll give you 20% off and charged us the dinner price instead of the lunch price that was clearly written on the sign above the cashier. Never again. My husband who can eat anything could not even it.

Food is decent, sometimes a bit dry. decent prices. Can eat in or have food to go. Good for an all you can eat place.

The food here is great. I went on a Sunday for lunch and they had added a hibachi style "build your own" bar where you choose ingredients from a "raw bar" and hand them over to a cook to be grilled into your custom dish... It was even included in the price of the buffet.

Most time food is cold, and not fresh.... All personell, speak a foreign language as a first language and English just enough to get by..... Im all for being bi-lingual, but I firmly believe English should be the primary language of our country..... If you visit Chen's I suggest you go at 12 noon for lunch, and 6 pm for supper..... Those times have the hottest and freshest food.....

It's now called king buffet it's a absolutely disgusting. It all taste like it was heated up from lunch. Wait staff was non existent I miss Chens. I have heard lunch is good do not waste your money on dinner. Its gross and will make u sick.

I was just charged 4 meals and given a 20 percent discount when we left our plates untouched due to cold food and it was so hard we could not physically eat it. We were informed that we could wait till 4 PM and fresh food would be out for dinner.

Awful! Wished I'd had gone to the Mexican place next door. The food tasted like it was made 2 weeks ago. Don't waste your time here and go else where.

Best food in town. Always smiling when u walk in the door. Waitresses are extremely nice. Jackie cooks the best steaks and sesami chicken. Good hospitality.

I absolutely love this place. The cheesy crab casserole is addicting. I often crave it out the blue. Lol

Food is Americanized, but good. Nice raw bar and grill on weekends.

I found a rock in my rice and took it to show them. One of the employees proceeded to tell me it was just rice. I have never seen a hunk of black rice the size of my pinky finger. He continued to argue with me and tried to throw me out. Another employee came up and gave me my money back. No one apologized for the food or rude service. Also the sweet and sour chicken was hard and cold. I have never been treated so rude by a restaurant in my life. If this had a negative star rating I would give it to them. First and last time eating their food!!!!

Very good food and service. My son and I love it.

The first time we came here it was great. This time I had a roach crawl from a dessert roll onto my plate. I told the lady and they didn't remove the dessert plate off the bar.

Pleasantly surprised !!!Only complaint is that the floor was very slick...probably had something to do with the rainy day, but the food and service was great !

This was the best Chinese food I have ever had. Definitely a must have! The service and price was great too.

Best time to go is Sunday at lunch. They have the Mongolian grill on this day and it's wonderful. Fresh ingredients cooked right in front of you and it's all included in the regular buffet price.

If you come for lunch, the buffet is great and the prices are reasonable. Careful coming late afternoon though, the buffet food tends to get dry and hard to eat. But at dinnertime the food is fresh.

Sometimes i wounder how long the food has been sitting there. Very good when fresh.

Meh...I have always liked this place, but on the most recent visit I found a hair in the Mac-n-cheese on the Buffett and the immitation crab was so over cooked it wasn't edible.
